  • Hot Mat Pilates

    A feel-good flow that builds deep strength, core control, and flexibility — all in our heated mat room at 35 degrees.

  • Barre

    A graceful, low‑impact dynamic workout using the barre to sculpt and tone your entire body.

    Think fun movements, lots of pulses, paired with light weights & props whilst moving to the beat.

    This is an open level class designed to build lean muscle, improve posture, and boost your stability and flexibility.

  • Hot Pilates Strength

    We’ve got the heat — now let’s turn up the intensity.

    This class fuses Pilates principles with strength-based movement patterns using heavier weights and dynamic props, all in a heated room.

    Expect to build full-body strength, tone and define muscles, and challenge your endurance.

    Perfect for anyone looking to add a powerful edge to their Pilates practice.

  • Hot Vinyasa

    Move, sweat, and release in this energising class set in a warm to hot room. A flowing, breath-led practice that links movement and mindfulness. Build heat, strength, and mobility as you move with intention through seamless sequences - leaving you centred, grounded, and energised.

  • Yin Yoga

    A slow, restorative practice using long-held, supported poses to release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. The perfect complement to your Reformer or strength training, leaving you grounded, open, and deeply relaxed.

It’s time to move with purpose. Our Mat Room Strength Classes are designed to help you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, improve bone density, and feel powerful in your own body, not just for now, but for the long run.

A purposeful 12-week strength-training program designed for intentional results. Using progressive overload and functional movement patters to help you lift stronger and move better. Expect intentional programming, expert guidance, and sessions that actually make sense for your body and your goals.

Full Body Strength

Our Full Body Strength class gives you a balanced, full-body workout that builds muscle, burns fat, and boosts energy.

Expect slow, controlled strength movements that challenge all major muscle groups, improve posture, and elevate everyday performance.

Lower Body Strength

Fire up your glutes, hamstrings, and legs in this lower-body focused session. Expect powerful, intentional movements that build strength, stability, and support for your hips, knees, and core.

Upper Body Strength

Sculpt and strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with mindful, controlled resistance. Build lean, functional strength that supports better posture and everyday movement.

Active Aging Strength

Strong bones. Confident movement. Better living.

Developed in collaboration with an Exercise Physiologist, this 12-week strength program is intentionally designed to support healthy aging through safe, load-bearing movement.

Each session focuses on building bone density, joint stability, and muscular strength, the foundations for maintaining balance, independence, and confidence as you age.

Perfectly paired with your Reformer practice, this class helps you move well, feel strong, and protect against conditions such as osteoporosis and osteopenia. You’ll be guided through exercises that not only strengthen your body, but also enhance your energy, mobility, and overall quality of life..
