This is a beginner friendly education session with movement woven throughout, designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into regular group classes.
We’ll guide you through:
• The different parts of the reformer
• Basic Pilates principles and concepts
• What to expect in a group class environment
• How we use layers and levels to accommodate different fitness levels and experience within the same class
