Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to reformer Pilates or looking to enhance their technique.
This class will teach you how to properly use the machine, along with the principles of movement and breath.
Introducing both classical and contemporary movements, this class ensures you build a strong and safe foundation for your practice.
Beginner Open Flow
The next step after Fundamentals is designed to build your confidence, strength, and control. This class is ideal if you’re new to Reformer Pilates, returning from injury, or simply prefer a steady, accessible pace.
We focus on refining technique, mastering foundational movements, and introducing new exercises to support progression.
Whether you’re working toward more advanced classes or enjoy the consistency of this level, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more capable each week.
Open Flow
Open Flow is a fun and energizing full-body workout designed to tone, lengthen, and balance your body.
Suitable for everyone, this class focuses on deep core engagement as the foundation for strength and control.
By combining classical and contemporary movements with a variety of props, each workout feels fresh and exciting.
Build & Burn
Our signature strength training class is designed to challenge and empower. Using heavier springs and strength-based sequences, this class focuses on building muscle, boosting endurance, and increasing overall power—all on the reformer.
Ideal for intermediate to advanced clients, with options provided to adjust intensity so you can push yourself safely at your level.
Expect a strong, sweaty session that leaves you feeling accomplished.
Cardio Sculpt
This high-energy session blends the dynamic power of the jump board with Pilates-inspired HIIT to get your heart pumping and muscles firing.
Expect short bursts of intensity, sweaty intervals, and full-body movement that will leave you feeling energised and strong.
Best suited for intermediate to advanced clients, with options to modify and make it your own.
Lengthen & Tone
This class blends the best of strength and stretch, combining full-body reformer work with yoga-inspired flexibility.
Expect a strong start with core and glute-focused movement, followed by a restorative second half that supports mobility, release, and recovery.
Suitable for all levels and a perfect way to move, tone, and unwind in one session.
Active Aging
Designed for our 60+ community, this low-impact class offers a slower pace and a supportive environment.
We focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and coordination through gentle, mindful movement that’s kind to the joints.
A great way to stay active, build confidence, and support long-term wellbeing.
Reformer Yin
A slow and restorative class designed to release tension and realign both body and mind.
Using the support of the reformer, we combine long-held stretches, breathwork, and mindful movement to target fascia, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
This is your time to slow down, go inward, and leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply reset.
