I’m so honored to be walking beside you on this powerful 8-week journey of reconnection and remembrance. My name is Elise Small, and I’m a Somatic Breathwork and Energetics Mentor and the founder of One 2 Breathe Wellness Co. My work is rooted in the deep belief that true healing begins when we return home to our bodies, not from the top-down, but from the inside-out.
I specialise in supporting women to close the survival loop by creating safety within their nervous systems, cultivating safety to rest, to feel, to speak, to BE. As a trauma-informed coach, part of my mission is to shine a light on something many don’t realise; without a felt sense of safety in the body, even the most heart-led healing work can unintentionally deepen our overwhelm. Instead of feeling more whole, we can feel more unravelled. I don’t just understand this, I’ve lived it.
What I’ve learned is that our bodies remember everything, and when we slow down enough to listen, we begin to decode the subtle whispers of emotion, unmet needs, inherited stories, and internalised pressure. Breath becomes the bridge back to our truth.
